Hu-B’s also doubles as your go-to marina store, stocked with snacks, ice, drinks, and the on-the-go essentials you need for a perfect day on the water. Whether you're arriving by car, golf cart, or tying up at a courtesy slip, Hu-B’s is always an easy stop.

Need to top off the tanks before you chase that sunset? Kuttawa Harbor Marina has you covered. Our fuel dock offers both 89- and 92-octane gasoline and diesel.
While you wait for the pump, wander over to Hu-B's at Kuttawa for a cold drink, a snack, or a full meal. And if you dine with us, we’ll even throw in a free courtesy slip while you eat.
Want a clean start or a quick refresh after your time on the lake? We also have a free pump-out station to keep things tidy and eco-friendly. Fill, chill, and get back to the lake!

BOAT RENTALS
Don’t own a boat? No problem! Whether you’re after a chill fishing trip or a big lake-cruise with friends, our rentals make it easy to hit the water on your schedule.
A 16′ jon boat with a 15–20 hp outboard (perfect for fishing or quiet cruising) is yours for just $40 for a 4-hour session, or $60 to get out for 8 hours (with a modest damage deposit).
Need more power or room to stretch out? Hop on one of our 24′ Crest pontoon boats — with either 150 hp or 200 hp engines — great for a sunny cruise or full-day hangout. The 150 hp version rents for $300 (4 hrs) or $400 (8 hrs), and the 200 hp version runs $350 (4 hrs) or $475 (8 hrs). For holidays or big-group days, special 8-hour holiday rates apply for a full-on lake experience.
All rentals are backed by on-site support, slip access, and our fueling and dockside amenities. Let the water call — we’ll have the boat waiting.

We offer boat slips for vessels up to 100 feet long, with both covered and open options and custom-built boat lifts. Our clean, handicap-accessible docks and walkways are just a short walk from the Ship Store and Bubba Brew's Sports Bar and Grill.

Imagine pulling up your RV to a spot right on Norris Lake. With all your toys packed and a boat rented from the marina, you're all set for a couple of days of relaxation and fun on the lake. That's life at Beach Island Marina & Resort.
Beach Island Resort and Marina offers 90 long-term, full-hookup RV sites. Campsites are available for $3,060 annually or $255 monthly with a required $510 deposit (electricity not included). All sites are within walking distance of the Marina, Office, Bubba Brew's Sports Bar and Grill, and Beach Island Fitness.
Escape to our cozy, comfortable cabins, where we provide all of the amenities for you to enjoy a vacation away with your family and friends on Norris Lake. Each of our cabins features a private deck overlooking Norris Lake, a satellite TV with a DVD player, and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Enjoy the comfort of fresh linens, blankets, pillows, cotton bath towels, washcloths, and complimentary toiletries. Make your stay unforgettable in our welcoming retreats.
Many of our cabins include a hot tub on the deck overlooking Norris Lake.
